Want to have an additional tool bar like this in blogger? By adding this feature, then automatically you can add a variety of smiley images which will make your blog more interesting. There is no need to linger, we are just at the steps. whistle

1. Please requirement that this should be your first meet, if not then you will never be able to use these features. Condition is to use the Firefox browser! (Time not yet have? Adus) If you do not already have one, click here to download.
2. Then download and install the add on for Firefox (Greas Monkey), click here. If the first link does not work then try clicking here. After the download is finished do not forget to restart your browser.
3. If you have installed the add on Greas Monkey, click on link1 and install. Then click link2 install as well.
4. Login to your Blogger account with the Mozilla Firefox browser that you download and install this. Go to Layout>> Edit HTML.
5. Press the combination Ctrl + F to find the code]]>.
6. Copy and paste the below code just above / before the code]]>.

7. Save your work.
8. Done.

To see if this works, from the dashboard click on Create New Entry. After entering the page to create a new post then you will see two tabs, the Edit HTML and Compose. Please check by selecting the Compose tab.
